As the business expanded across markets, Prime Wellness needed a system capable of managing far more than simple sales transactions. Customer records, contracts, sales teams, orders, stock movements, payments and financial reporting all needed to work together across different business entities.

Inventory management formed another major part of the platform, alongside extensive financial and management reporting.
Episcript developed a detailed inventory module that maintained current stock balances, stock in and stock out, stock movement history, product transaction history, purchase and sales activity, and inventory records across different operations.
Reports covered customer ledgers, statements of account, sales activity, purchases, payments and receipts, outstanding balances, inventory movement and other operational and financial information.
The system was integrated with Xero, allowing accounting information to move between the ERP and the company's accounting environment without unnecessary duplication of work.
This gave the team much better visibility over product movement and helped maintain accurate stock information as the business grew.
Rather than forcing every operation into exactly the same workflow, Episcript developed different versions of the ERP to support Prime Wellness's businesses in Singapore and Malaysia. This allowed each operation to follow its own requirements while still benefiting from a common underlying system and consistent business processes. The platform also integrates with external retailer databases, including systems used by retailers such as Watsons, helping Prime Wellness exchange and manage information across its wider distribution network.
Over time, the platform has grown alongside the business, supporting new processes, different regional operations and deeper integrations rather than remaining a fixed system built around the company's needs at a single point in time.
