Episcript developed a customised platform that brought Aspire Hub's multi-branch tuition operations, from enrolment and scheduling to payments and reporting, into one central system.
Aspire Hub Education Centre is a Singapore tuition provider managing students, classes, coaches, lesson packages, attendance, payments and enquiries across multiple locations.
As the organisation grew, many processes were still being handled through spreadsheets, Microsoft Office documents and a basic legacy system. This made it difficult to keep information consistent, track student activity across branches and give management a clear, real-time view of operations.
Project at a glance
Episcript developed a customised Tuition Centre Management Software platform to bring Aspire Hub's processes together into one central system. The platform connected:
The system created a central student database covering personal information, enrolment history, academic records, sibling relationships and lesson credits.
Students could enrol across different branches, while the platform tracked lessons purchased, lessons attended and remaining credits in real time. Family members could also share or transfer credits where required.
Class scheduling was built directly into the platform, including recurring lessons, one-off sessions, rescheduling and make-up classes.
Attendance could be recorded within the system and consolidated across branches, removing the need to maintain separate attendance records.
Aspire Hub operated with different lesson packages, subject combinations, discounts and credit structures. Episcript built these rules directly into the platform so that pricing and lesson allocation could be managed consistently. The system supported:
This significantly reduced the manual work involved in calculating fees, monitoring credits and coordinating financial information between branches.
The platform also helped Aspire Hub manage the journey before a student enrolled. Enquiries from phone calls, walk-ins, social media and the website could be recorded centrally, while Webflow integration automatically brought online enquiries into the system. The team could then track which enquiries eventually converted into enrolled students.
Communication tools allowed staff to send bulk emails, payment reminders, class notifications and announcements directly from the platform.
Management could also generate tabular and graphical reports covering enrolments, attendance, coach performance, payments and operational activity.
Episcript developed a comprehensive education management platform that connected student records, scheduling, credits, pricing, invoicing, enquiries, communications and reporting across Aspire Hub's branches.
One central system replacing fragmented manual processes and giving Aspire Hub a much clearer, real-time view of its students, classes, finances and branch operations.
