Clinic management module
See patients by video from the system running your clinic, with booking, identity checks, e-prescriptions, payment and medicine delivery around each call. It is part of our clinic management system, and AI can draft notes.
Built in Singapore for GP, specialist, physiotherapy and TCM clinics adding video consultations.
The remote consultation
Every step works from the patient record your clinic already keeps.
The patient picks a teleconsultation slot online, from the same appointment book as clinic visits.
Identity is confirmed, a short symptom questionnaire is filled in, and consent is recorded.
The patient joins from a link and waits, while the doctor sees who is ready next.
The doctor talks to the patient with the record open and writes the note during the call.
An e-prescription and any medical certificate are issued from the note and sent to the patient.
The patient pays by PayNow or card, and the dispensary packs the medicine for delivery.
The video call
Patients join from a link in their phone or laptop browser, with nothing to install. The video runs inside the platform, or through Zoom or Google Meet if your doctors prefer them, and the doctor keeps the patient's electronic medical record open beside the call.
Before the doctor joins
The doctor joins knowing who the patient is, what they agreed to and why they called.
Patients log in with Singpass and Myinfo fills in name, date of birth and contact details, with Corppass where a panel company books for its staff.
The patient accepts your clinic's own consent wording before joining, and the record keeps it with that visit, its time and its version.
A short questionnaire per visit type reaches the doctor first, and the doctor decides whether the visit suits video or needs the patient in clinic.
Patients see their place in a virtual queue, and the front desk sees who has joined, who is late and who needs a call.
After the call
The prescription is written from your own drug list with allergy checks, then sent to the dispensary and to the patient.
MCs, time chits and referral letters are issued from the note and reach the patient's phone as a PDF.
Patients pay through your payment gateway before or after the call, and each payment lands on that visit's bill.
Medicines are packed from dispensary stock, and each parcel is tracked to the patient's door through your own delivery arrangement.
Panel patients pay only their co-payment, and the teleconsultation goes onto the company's monthly statement like any clinic visit.
The doctor sets a review date, and the patient books the next video or clinic visit through appointment scheduling software on the same calendar.
AI capability
Each is built in its own phase and checked by the doctor before use.
The doctor dictates or types shorthand during the call, and AI drafts a structured note in your template to check and sign.
AI summarises the questionnaire answers, uploaded photos and recent visits into a short brief the doctor reads before joining.
An AI agent answers non-clinical questions on fees, slots and delivery by WhatsApp or email, and passes anything clinical to your team.
AI reads an outside lab report or old prescription the patient uploads and lifts out the details for staff to confirm.
Connected systems
Video, payment, identity and messaging connect through each provider's published API.
Weighing it up
Both handle video well. They differ on where the note, prescription and bill end up.

Getting live
We usually add telemedicine to your Clinic Management System as its own phase, starting with booking, video and the note, and move patient records across.
Hosting is by Episcript or in your own environment, and the build is eligible for government grants.
We follow one remote consultation end to end and agree what the first release covers.
Your doctors approve the booking page, consent wording, call screen and e-prescription layout.
Built around your visit types, fees and drug list, with patient records checked before go-live.
One doctor runs video sessions first, with our Singapore team on hand before the rest follow.
Questions
Telemedicine software for a clinic should cover online booking, identity checks and consent, secure video, notes on the patient's medical record, e-prescriptions and MCs, payment, and medicine delivery arrangements. Missing any one usually means retyping it elsewhere.
Patients need only a phone, tablet or laptop with a camera and a web browser, with no app to install. Doctors use a clinic computer with a webcam and headset, with the patient's record open beside the call.
Both routes can be built: video inside the platform, or a Zoom or Google Meet link created with each booking. Either way, the booking, note, prescription and bill stay in your clinic system.
Each teleconsultation is saved to the same electronic medical record as clinic visits, marked as a video visit, with the note, questionnaire, consent, photos and prescriptions. The doctor sees the full history during the call.
The doctor issues the e-prescription and any MC from the note, and the patient receives them by link. The dispensary packs the medicine from stock and tracks each delivery through your own delivery arrangement.
The platform records identity checks and consent, limits access by role, logs every view and change, and keeps each record with its consultation. Your doctors decide clinically whether a remote consultation is suitable, and compliance rests on your own policies.
AI can be added in its own phase to summarise the questionnaire before the call, draft the note from the doctor's shorthand and answer non-clinical questions by WhatsApp. It works with your own records, and the doctor checks every output.
Telemedicine is a module of our Clinic Management System, not a product sold on its own. It relies on the appointment book, patient record, dispensary and billing, and is usually added as its own phase.
The cost depends on scope: the video route, identity and payment integrations, delivery arrangements, AI features and whether the Clinic Management System is already running. We quote against an agreed specification after a scoping session.
Our clinic systems, telemedicine included, are eligible for government grants. We explain how the schemes apply to your build and help you budget around them before you apply.
