Online loan application form with an ID card beside it, standing for loan applications and origination

Loan applications and origination

Borrowers apply online or at the counter, with details filled in through Singpass and Myinfo, or Corppass for a business, and each application tracked to approval or decline.

Credit report with a gauge and an approval stamp, standing for credit assessment and approval levels

Credit assessment and approval levels

Credit checks, income documents and affordability notes sit on the application, and approval levels send each loan to the right approver by amount, product or risk grade.

Loan agreements and e-signing

The loan agreement and repayment schedule are generated from your own templates with the loan's terms filled in, then signed electronically and filed against the loan account.

Bank transfer arrow carrying money from a lender to a borrower, standing for loan disbursement

Loan disbursement

Approved loans are paid out by bank transfer or PayNow once a second user confirms the payout, and the amount, fees and first due date are recorded against the loan.

Calendar of instalments with coins on the due dates, standing for loan servicing and repayment schedules

Loan servicing and repayments

Repayment schedules are built from the loan's rate, term and method →, and each payment is split across fees, interest and principal in the order your rules set.

Overdue notice with a clock and a phone, standing for arrears management and collections

Arrears and collections

Missed instalments move the account into arrears automatically, late charges are calculated to your rules, and the collections team works from a queue sorted by days overdue.

Questions

Loan Management System FAQs

A loan management system is software that runs a loan from application to final repayment: borrower records, credit checks, approvals, agreements, disbursement, repayment schedules, interest, collections and reports, all kept on one loan account.

Most lenders process loans in a loan origination system, which handles applications, credit checks and approval, joined to loan servicing for disbursement, repayments and collections. A loan management system covers both on one record.

In lending, a CRM keeps borrower and lead records: enquiries, contact history, follow-ups and marketing. Ours can sit inside the loan management system, so every conversation and every loan share one borrower record.

Cost depends on scope: the modules in the first phase, the loan products and rules to build, the data to migrate and the systems to connect. We quote after a scoping session and price each phase separately.

It depends on the first phase. A release covering applications, disbursement and repayments goes live sooner than a full build with collections, portals and regulatory reports, and we give you a schedule once scope is agreed.

We migrate them for you. We map each open loan, its schedule, payments to date and balance from your spreadsheets or old system, run a test import and reconcile balances with you, then cut over on an agreed date.

Our solutions are eligible for government grants. We explain how the schemes apply to your project and what the agency looks for, so you can budget with the full picture in front of you.

The system can connect to Singpass, Corppass and Myinfo for borrower details, PayNow and payment gateways for repayments, and Xero, QuickBooks or your own accounting system. Credit bureau and bank connections are scoped with you.

AI features can be added, each scoped with you and built in its own phase using information from your system. They cover document reading, borrower questions on WhatsApp and email, reminder drafting, repayment anomaly checks and collection forecasts.

The system supports your PDPA obligations through permissions, activity logs, consent records and access controls. Staff see only the borrower data their role needs and every change is logged, while your own policies do the rest.

One system runs every branch. Loans, staff, cash and collections are recorded per branch, with reports per branch or across the business, and each branch manager sees only their own loans.
