Retail management
Episcript designs, builds and supports Retail Management Systems in Singapore: product catalogue, stock across outlets, purchasing, orders, promotions and loyalty, with AI we build in to forecast demand, read supplier invoices and answer customers.
The back office for multi-outlet retailers and distributors, connected to your POS and online store.
Core modules
The modules most retailers start with in their Retail Management Software, all working from one product and stock record.
One central catalogue holds every product, variant, barcode and supplier, with prices set per outlet or channel and price changes scheduled to take effect on a chosen date.
Stock levels for every outlet and the warehouse update with each sale, delivery and transfer, and a transfer stays in transit until the receiving outlet confirms the count.
Reorder points per outlet turn low stock into suggested purchase orders, sent to suppliers by email, with deliveries received against the order and short shipments noted line by line.
Orders from outlets, your online store, marketplaces and phone sales arrive in one queue, each reserved against stock at the outlet or warehouse that will fulfil it.
Set bundle deals, member prices and date-limited discounts per outlet or channel, and issue vouchers with unique codes that can be redeemed once, at a till or online.
Each customer record holds purchases from every outlet and channel and the customer's marketing consent, and loyalty points, tiers and rewards → are earned and redeemed on the same record.
Stores and outlets
Head office sets the catalogue, prices and promotions once, and every outlet works from them. Outlet managers see their own stock, sales and staff, while head office sees every store side by side and can compare any outlet with the rest of the chain.
Orders and channels
Every order reserves stock from one shared record, whichever channel it came from. Larger order books can run in our Order Management Software.

Brought into the same queue as every other channel

Trade price lists and credit terms per account

Supply chain
Stock moves from supplier to warehouse to outlet on documents the system keeps, and every unit can be traced back to its delivery.
Customers and promotions
Customer, promotion and loyalty records sit beside your sales, and each offer is measured against them.
Purchases from every outlet and channel build one profile per customer, and our custom CRM can add enquiries, service cases and trade accounts.
Points are earned on every purchase, tiers unlock member prices, and rewards can be redeemed at any outlet or online, with expiry rules you set.
Bundles, buy one get one, member-only prices and date-limited offers are set once, with results reported by outlet, product and customer segment.
Segments built from spend, visits and favourite categories receive campaigns by email, SMS or WhatsApp, with each redemption traced back to its campaign.
By role
Each person sees what their role needs, from the same product, stock and sales records.
Sales, margin, stock value and open orders across every outlet and channel on one dashboard, with AI answering questions about your own data.
Products, prices, promotions and supplier orders from one catalogue, with sell-through by outlet showing what to reorder or mark down.
Their own outlet's stock, transfers, rosters and daily takings, with requests to the warehouse raised from a phone.
Picking lists for outlet transfers and online orders, and deliveries received against purchase orders with a barcode scanner.
Supplier invoices matched to deliveries, daily takings reconciled by outlet, and sales and stock journals passed to your accounting system.
Points, vouchers and order status in one account, with routine questions answered on WhatsApp at any hour.

Questions
A Retail Management System is the back-office software that runs a retail business: product catalogue and pricing, stock across outlets and warehouse, purchasing, orders from every channel, promotions, loyalty and reporting. It connects to the tills and online store.
In retail, CRM means one record per customer across outlets and online: purchases, preferences, marketing consent, loyalty points and vouchers. It lets you send targeted offers and see which ones brought customers back.
A POS System handles the sale at the till. A Retail Management System runs the rest: catalogue, prices, stock, purchasing, promotions and reporting. Ours connects to your POS, or a POS module can be part of the build.
Excel works for a single shop, but it cannot reserve stock as orders arrive, update every outlet after a sale or keep one customer record across channels. We import your existing spreadsheets when you move.
Cost depends on scope: the modules in the first phase, the number of outlets and channels to connect, and the data to migrate. We quote after a scoping session and price each phase separately.
It depends on the first phase. A release covering the catalogue, stock and purchasing goes live sooner than a full build with order channels, loyalty and reporting, and we give you a schedule once scope is agreed.
We move them for you. We map your spreadsheets or current system to the new structure, run a test import for you to check, then load products, opening stock and customer records on an agreed cut-off date.
Our solutions are eligible for government grants. We explain how the schemes apply to your project and what the agency looks for, so you can budget with the full picture in front of you.
The system connects to your POS and online store for sales, prices and stock, and to Xero, QuickBooks or other accounting software for journals. Tell us which systems you run and we will confirm each connection.
AI features can be added in their own phase, using information from your system: demand forecasts by outlet, drafted purchase orders, supplier invoices read in, customer questions answered on WhatsApp and unusual refunds flagged. Staff approve every output.
The system supports your PDPA obligations through permissions, activity logs, consent records and access controls. Marketing consent is recorded per customer, and outlet staff see only the customer details their role needs.
